Avoiding soy? Give hemp tofu, or hemp-fu, a try! Made from hemp seeds instead of soybeans, it’s similar to the traditional soy product, but with a denser, more granular texture (closer to tempeh than tofu.) It’s hearty texture grills up wonderfully, and the longer you marinate, the more flavorful it gets. This spicy lime, chili and cumin marinade give these “steaks” a tangy, smoky, southwest-style kick.
